So i went for late lunch with my friend Clarrisa (@Chokinghyukjae) for Thai Barberque/Steamboat a couple days ago. I’m forever late, we were suppose to meet at 1 – 1:30 but i ended up reaching only at 2pm by cab. I was surprised that everything was in Thai. It was like a little Thai Village. It took quite awhile for me to look for the restaurant but if Clarissa didn’t call me on the phone saying she saw me walk past the restaurant, i would not have seen the restaurant. The price was reasonable for 3 coke and 2 portion of food, totaling up to $43. The hilarious part is we both didn’t have cash and wanted to pay by nets, and the ATM wasn’t able to dispense cash. Thank goodness she had indonesian money that she could change first and pay.
Read the post on my 2nd visit to Mookata:
The one with went to is
Happy Mookata at Golden Mile Complex
5001 Beach Road 01-55 Golden Mile Complex S(199588)
I will give it a 4/5, the -1 is that the location was difficult to find as its mostly in Thai, rarely anything was in English.
These are some other Mookata Restaurants available in Singapore.
